How long have you been in business? UX Specialized Logistics has been around for over 30 years. We’ve evolved from small bike messenger service with the drive to succeed to become one of the leading full-service logistics companies in the country. Urban Express Same Day
What makes you the number one delivery service in the country? We’ve been providing superior point-to-point deliveries for over 25 years in the New York Metropolitan area because we go about it smart. We hire motivated, responsible people, provide them with comprehensive, exacting training and utilize up-to-the-minute, cutting-edge technology to make their jobs a whole lot easier.
 

How many deliveries do you make per day? We send out 800 couriers a day, utilizing 400 vehicles and 200 bicycles with 200 messengers on foot, making over 7,000 on-time deliveries every single day.
 

What kind of screening is involved in hiring couriers? Before our couriers are even hired, they’ve passed an AccuFacts background check (that includes criminal checks, drug testing, driving histories, credit reports and much more) and a demanding pre-employment test.
 

What are my billing options?

UX Warehousing
Why is UX Warehousing unsurpassed in long- and short-term storage? Because our watchful eyes are never off your goods. Your items are under 24-hour surveillance as we inventory, itemize and photograph them and are never out of our sight until they are safely delivered to your clients.
 

What if my client never received delivery on their scheduled date and time but claims that they were home? If your client decides to “step out” during delivery time, each delivery attempt is carefully recorded (including detailed descriptions of the house and time we arrived) and when your absent customer calls to say that they didn’t receive delivery, you can pull up the record, see our report, and verify that we were there.
